    LOCAL MACHINE THEN OPEN SOFTWARE. Look for NICE open it up then you will see some files one is labled Ii think wallpaper. I am not near an agent right now to look but that is what Ii can remember.

    It disables it in the registry by default. You can change this by changing the registry to a 1 from a zero.

    NICE8.8 with SCCS 5.0

    The problem is NICE informed us in July that they can run ON SCCS 5.0 with NICE CLS running on 8.8. Then earlier this month they said it may work but it would not be supported. This is a big problem since we need to cut over to SCCS 5.0 in February. Did you have to upgrade your NICE cls to 8.9...
