I have a similar problem. After an unplanned power off, I have been getting stop errors on my Windows 2000 machine and am unable to get at the Maxtor 34098H4 drive. I believe that the power off probably corrupted my Windows start up. The machine boots up through the POST etc. and doesn't blue...
