Did you create new fields in your dummy database for the layout? if so, those new fields will not show on your production database until you add them.
If that is not the issue then I am out of ideas :( Sorry
It should not be a problem as I have over 50 clients with ACT! 6 using terminal services. Be aware however that ACT 2005s user agreement specifically prohibits its use on terminal services... So no upgrades.
I have a client with 50+ locations each with their own ACT! 6.0 database. HQ has ordered fields to be added to the custom layouts and therefor to the database. Is there an easy way to replicate these new fields to every database.
