John and Stefan, You were correct. The page properties were set to background. I changed them to foreground and was able to drag and drop to reorder, as well, the reorder dialog box was populated with the page names. Thanks again for your help! Ian.

Hello, I've tried what iamstefan has suggested, and although the dialog page appears, the window is blank; i.e., the pages are not visible to reorder. One thing to note: I've renamed the pages, they're no longer "Page 1", "Page 2"... etc. Any other thoughts / suggestions? Thanks ian
