Hi guys, I actually managed to get a bit further on the matter late last night. I noticed that the computers at work only had about 3-4 services running unter the network connection properties, so I disabled the ones at home to try to match those from work....then I ran the winsockfix utility...- toyayo

Hi Guys, Thanks for the responses. The SSID's are matched between the laptop and the router, which is setup for PPPoE. I'll have to try the network wizard using the floppy just to give it a try. I had ran the wizard on both machines but because I do not have a floppy on the Desktop, I did not...- toyayo
