    Phaser 740 Vertical Streak on edge

    i have a similar problem of a vertical streak but i think it is caused by some surface scarring on the top of the two rollers in the fuser unit (not the fuser roll) it may be that the roller is damaged. Does it need to be replaced and where can I get this?
