check out your smtp que and your connectors to see what is going on. the smtp virtual server has propeeties that tell you if messages are held in que before being dekivered....

what does it say in the event logs? have you made any upgrades or changes to the system lately?

I had implemented Imap4 and POP3 and it disrupted the owa process...i disabled the services meaning just stopped them and owa worked again. Make sure to see if your user is using pop3 or imap4.....it could be preventing the access to owa. goodluck

have you check you IMS property? maybe you have a filter that might reject that domain or maybe you have filter to reject recepients from that domain.... or maybe that domain has filter to reject email from your domain....
