We have "parallel" dongles on the VMpro servers. The IP routes were deleted out of both IP403's They connect together using "Voice Networking2 option i.e. SCN. I know that there should only be one VMPRO but this is how it was sold to us and Avaya are not interested in swapping 2x4port VMPRO...

The SMDR software for the version 4 switch software appears to fix the fault where the dates are wrong for "abandoned" calls. Has anyone used V4 SMDR server on a 2.1 (for DT) firmware? We use the SMDR data extensively but we cannot rely on it because of the fault on dates. Millsey

Yes it works if I type them in manually, but it removes the quotes if I load the config into "new" manager and them save it back to the switch.
