Here is a trick I picked up from OTM school.
Before you do this perform a full OTM backup.
go to the
\commondata\"switch"\"switch"\station admin
and delete these files
listmgrdatabase.mdb
name.dat
station.dat
Then do a retrieve all in station administration and corporate directory.
Do you login to the PBX with the admin2 account. OTM may not use that account when you login. Go to the properties of the switch and check to see if admin2 as the login for otm scheduled tasks. If not set it that way and it should fix the problem.
I had this happen to me where it looks like the App Builder loses connection with the server Make sure you have the newest callpilot application builder 02.01.27.18. If you have a vendor they can get it for you. Also make sure that you have all of the latest PEPs on your call pilot.
