I have been testing this and the following:
I have a user called 53080 configured in global directory with the pin code 123456 and the password xyz. None of these work, the directory number in the device profile is 53080 so I tried 53080 as the username and password and got back...
Does anyone know the answer to this? Is it possible to write scripts to manipulate the data to manipulate the behaviour or will this void TAC support?

Since my last update I have seen various scripts around trying to implement dialback logic.
Has anyone got this roled out/working yet? Interested in what you have all done.

Infact I found a bigger problem with IPCC. I was running it on a 7835 which only gave me 25 CSQ's - I did not realise this so had to re-engineer what was already installed. I have now upgraded to 7845 which gives me more capacity.
Thanks again for your feedback.

It also depends on how hard you are going to push it. What type of role our do you have planned? What are the call flows likely to be? How many calls per hour etc.
If you can give me an idea I can ask a few contacts that have it installed already to see if I can help you.

Guys/Gals,
I have seen the market go from bad to worse, to non existant, to stable to fantastic.
In all this time all the management who make descisions kept to their normal salary brackets. They control the market, you got to sell yourself at the price you think you are worth.
Its not our...
I doubt this is a problem with CCM but its hard to say.
The best thing to do is make sure you have the right level of tracing enabled and then get details of the call.
This way you can trace where the failure is coming from. You will need the IVR logs on IPCC for JTAPI info, you will need SDL...
FYI
I found out why this is not working. The IP Phone Agent license comes in two flavours. Standard (which I am using) and Enhanced, it would seem the enhanced version is the only option that supports supervisor initiated monitoring.

Hi Guys/Gals,
I am configuring Cisco Supervisor Desktop. I have done this lots of times using desktop agents but this is my first time using IP Phone Agents.
Problem I have is when the supervisors drill down to IP Phone Agents all of the display is greyed out, thus not showing any IP Phone...
Hi Guys/Gals,
I am trying to understand the call setup of a H323 directory gatekeeper environment using Cisco Call Manager.
I am looking at the network like this:
CM Cluster 1 -> GK1 --> DIR GK --> GK2 -> CM Cluster 2
My impression is that the CM Cluster 1 sends ARQ to GK1, This would then...
I think as a generic rule 10 or more agents should be your guide for predictions, anything less then use power dialing.
As for specific products I am not sure.

FYI This problem was identified as being a problem with calling search spaces and partitions. Fancy that ;)

Hi Guys/Gals,
Does anyone know if it is possible for say a supervisor to dynamically assign poeple to different cs queues without logging the agents off and on using different agent ids.
For instance make agent x be part of queues 2 and 1, then after queue spike remove that agent from queue 2...
I have been told that the maximum number of agents on IPCC Express is around 75.
Does anyone know if this is configured agents or active agents on the CRA Server?
Thanks in advance!!!

Has anyone ever used the place call logic step in IPCC Express? What I would like to do is give people the option to leave their number and when an agent becomes free the system will place an outbound call to them (from the numbers they entered using their telephone keypad).
When I use the...
That would depend on various factors - does your application run from a browser or from its own proprietary window?

CCM informs the Gateway via H.323 where the RTP stream is coming from.....but this is my question - What if the user has a call forward on the IP Phone - where does the RTP stream come from then? Is their an RTP stream or does the CM signal to the gateway to route the call back out over another...
Hi Guys/Gals,
If you use an IP Phone to setup a call forward to a number on the PSTN (say your mobile phone number) and you are running a CM with a H323 (PSTN) gateway at what point is the RTP Stream active and from what points?
I am under the impression the CM will setup an RTP stream to the...
I found out that we were using SR1.
Looks like this was fixed in SR 2
