    PLEASE HELP: ArcServe 6.5 on W2K (Database engine won't start)

    Hi. I was having the same problem of the Database service not starting. I am running ArcServeIT version 6.6x on Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Im glad to say that setting all the ArcServe services to logon as the backup user, everything is working fine. Thanks for your advice :)
