i want to upgrade from option 11c release 24 but we dont know whether to upgrade to 25 or there is better alternate..
morever from where can i get information about upgrade procedure to that new system,,the ntp i have is for upgrading to 24 not from..waiting for replay
i want to know a way to count the number of outgoing DN calls that ended successfully...forexample if an agent dial "9" then ended the call it is counted as outgoing call in the report!! any solution??
Is it available to set a certain day with different voice form than the others, then after that day the old form return again??..the problem is that there is holiday before and after that day and nobody will be there to change the form...any solution???
HELLO every body ..we have problem here in symposium it insists on 1 january as holiday although it isnt in our company ...when we delete 1 jannuary it returns back!!!! any body know why??????
ANY idea about how to get the on-hold time for each agent for a specific period????
