CLID question
Can someone answer me this question? The CLID isn't displayed till the user picks up the phone. User would like CLID to diplay before pickup. Ringing is set to three rings before VM picks up. It's a CICS w/6.1 software. It has a caller ID trunk card and caller ID is turned on under telco...- phownman

Call Pilot 100 w\CICS not working.
Just wanted to say thanks to those that replied. I found that on ext.225,I had set the CFNA to MB 233 but I forgot to change the ringing as was suggested. Changed the CFNA ring setting to 4 on that ext.and that fixed my problem.- phownman
