hmm. I don't know if you can or can't. but i think no. you need all reference libraries, not to mention the (IDL) hidden from VB programmers, including iUnknown,iClassfactory, etc. which generate GUID and such for Win32 registry. but i could be wrong :^> student#5- studentnumber5
