    I have norton system works 2005 and its doing all these on a regular basis. I checked my disk and no erors. Nothing helps... the funny thing is that its happening so quickly, i mean when i turn my pc off its 50mb/sec and in the morning its 4mb/sec. Then i use windows restore point its back...
