I have to do an upgrade on a Mics 3.0 to 7.0 I have the upgrade kit with the 4.1 and 7.0 upgrade tool. I want to know if I'm understanding the instructions.
1) Power Down and insert the 4.1 upgrade.

Check your forward no answer prompt on ext 225. If you have any ringing line appearances on your exts you have to offset your FNA. {ie: If you want the greeting to pickup after 3 rings then set your FNA on your sets to 4.
