The certified list that I looked at on HP's site does not include any DesignJets. Our HP DesignJet 1055CM is a large format color plotter that we use for printing CAD files. My next step is to research the 3rd party printer solutions to see if they can handle color plotters.

I can't figure out how Microsoft is able to "roll-up" data in their SMS web reports. I would like my custom web reports to group data and provide a drop-down list the way Microsoft is doing. Would someone point me in the direction I need to go to solve this ? TIA... Jerry

I would like to generate a report that shows what directories make up my selection sets. I want to use the report to verify that I am not missing any directories on my servers. Can someone tell me where the selection lists are stored and what I would need to do to print them out? TIA... Jerry

Resource Explorer no longer displays any Processor data for our workstations but all other hardware data appears to be collected. When I use Resource Explorer to view the "Hardware History" for a workstation I see that the last time the Processor info was collected was 3/21/02 even...
