To get to the user web page you can use the callmanager name/ccmuser. For example if your server's name is cm1 then the user page will be cm1/ccmuser, Once in there you can configure speed dials.

I have a fxo port attached to a local PSTN. When I call any number of of that port, one digit in the dialed number is randomly duplicated. For example if I dial 937758, the router will dial 9377558 duplicating the 5 digit. Has anyone ever seen that.

I ran into the same issue and tried different things and none of them worked. Fianlly, I loaded Win2000 with SP3 instead of SP4 and that solved the problem for me.
