    Printing in character mode from visual basic

    Hi All, I want to print to a dot matrix printer in character mode from visual basic. but the visual basic supports graphic mode printing. I used generic text only driver for printing in character mode. but its not accepting escape characters. Can anyone help me out,. Thanks
