I actually got it working. I reset the call manager group and that fixed my problem. RISC Data Collector was already enabled.

I am having a problem with a 7970G. According to the switch the phone has an IP address but when I go into call manager its unregistered without an IP address. The phone just hangs at the white Cisco Logo screen.
