thanks but the RTIM is already defaulted as 30 30 30 and it only takes 12 secs and call goes to voicemail... so should i reset RTIM to 18 30 30 ? thankyou

I have 2 phones that i need to ring continuously when called, i have set HUNT to nothing and FDN to nothing but when dialled they still go to a voicemail. Its not their callpilot vm though as they are deleted. Any suggestions?
