This isn't really a helpful tip but there was no type of thread to describe this post.
I just wanted somewhere to type my farewell letter to Quark. I would send it to Quark Customer Support but thats a oxymoron.
I've been using Quark since Quark 3.3 and have been a die hard user, ever...
Sorry if I seemed rude. Bad morning. But I did mention Markztools at the very first post of this thread.
Thank for trying to help.
I'm gonna get Markztools and see if it does the job.
Ok, I seem not to be able to communicate. Marztool 5 is an extention that goes into Quark 4.1. When it is in Quark 4.1 (not 5 or 6), you can open Quark 5 or 6 (not just 5 as someone posted above) documents and resave them as 4.1 (You don't need 5 or 6 to do this)
Now, I asked if anyone has...

Well I can still save it as V5 in Quark 6 and then open it in 4.1! What a pain!
I'm dealing with sales people here. They are already in a panic because not only will they be forced to learn Quark 6 but also OSX! Trying to ge them to use Acrobat . . . forget it!
We are going to InDesign...
I see that Markztool 5 can be used for downsaving 6.0 to 4.1. Has anyone tried this?
I do realize we would be better to keep our catolog in 6 (it has already been printed from the 6 documents) but our sales department need it in 4. They use some of the pages for there own use and they don't...
Hello there,
I want to make a 20 second animation clip I created the best for web use. What would be the best form of compression. I'm looking for the best quality with the smallest file.
Any information would be wonderful.
Thanks
