    Unable to format ?

    Formatted the hard drive on a panasonic toughbook to carry out a clean install,now when I try to load Win98 for example it is unable to configure drive for use ie formats to 30% and stops drive has errors etc. However I am able to low-level format it with a bit of software from fijitsu.Any help...
