I want to setup a remote user using a I2002 or I2004 phone to connect to the BCM. My telco company said we would need a Nortel Conectivity at both the remote user site plus the office for the IP phones. If this is a single home user, does the I2002 or I2004 not allow to connect to a public IP...
Is there a way to reset the admin password for the Call Center Reporting that runs on the web server? I assume an uninstall/reinstall would work but would rather not if I can just reset it. The default is admin, pass is 0000. Running on IIS6.
