Upgrades that stop at 41% are usually a result of the wireless NIC not being disabled on the PC running the upgrades. If you don't disable the wireless when the first reboot occurs during the upgrade the wireless card will try to communicate with the BCM and the upgrade will halt.
I am taking both the 920-803 VoIP and the 920-127 BCM 3.0 certification exams tomorrow. This was a surprise "opportunity" that I just found out about today. Any hints or tips from those of you are have your BCM 3.0 NNCSS?
