Thanks for tip but no change. Maybe this helps - our system is IPO 403 v.2.1.24, DS v.4.0.35 and CBC v.2.1.21 .- fk03

Yes, agents are setup as agents. Problem is that above mentioned report(chart) is working only for whole system but for particular hunt group is not showing anything(always zero).- fk03

We have problem with reports(charts) on the CBC. According manual there should be reports based on variable "Available Agents" for whole system and for selected hunt groups too. But for selected hunt groups it doesn't work. Reports for hunt groups based on variables Presented, Answered,Lost and...- fk03
