    how to restore DB from a atabase file?

    Hi Guys, is there anyway to restore a database from just the database data file(*.dbs)? I dont have any logs or any other files. I am trying to restore a 7.5.1 data file onto a 9.0 server. Please help me in this regard. thanks Hugo
