Cannot shadow in MetaframeXP
If the shadow option is grayed out in CMC it's because the client wasn't installed with the server, Install the Ica client on the server and you'll be able to shadow. Resource Manager Installation issue
To Administer RMS on from your workstation will also need to enable the RMS CMC Plug-in. Go to Citrix Knowledge Base and look-up CTX910167. Follow instructions, then you'll need to reinstall CMC sp1 on your workstation before it will work.- jimb55
