I am still trying to figure out how to activate the ACD to start answering lines. Does anybody have a manual for the Minuet ACD?- tucker143

F920 gets me into ACD admin but where do I tell the ACD to be active. Is it through the Lines menu and assign an incoming line? I tried it but I get invalid lines. Thanks...- tucker143

We have a Minuet ACD that was left inactive. I have all the passwords and configurations. I just need to know how to activate the ACD. Hitting the ACD status feature code shows that ACD is inactive.
