I dont think its a printhead problem. Ive also installed antoher printer= hp designjet 10 ps by HP and all its colors are clearly and authentically printed!! Blue is blue! HP designjet 10 ps is installed properly, all color cartridges are at ok status. Persistant color mismatch problem seems to appear when printing on default printer: 10ps RIP - BLUE ISNT BLUE! its magenta, very dark magenta.
