Thank you for your replies. As you say B.T. are probably fobbing me off! In fact out of the DDI range one of the numbers is actually the fax number and all the others are voice. It would be useful if one of the numbers can be forwarded to another fax machine and the rest go to other voice lines...- Sutho

This is not really specific to Avaya IP Office but since I have knowledge of these systems, I though it was a good place to start. My company wants to close one of its offices and divert all calls to its number (a 20 number DDI range delivered over 4 channels [2 x ISDN2e]) to its HQ number. B.T...- Sutho
