Thank you crashtest1000 But.. i have tried it and the pot 2 continue with the same problem, i thing that is damaged, but what a coincidence that 4 IP office have the same problem......... What version are you using?- alejandro82

Hi!! I have a network with more than 10 IP Office 403 working normally, but in the last days, they have been failing the POT number 2 in 4 equipments, they dont have tone, and they cant recieve or make any call? Have you ever had this kind of problem? Thank you...- alejandro82
