Is there a way to log only calls from Key 0? Got an issue where the log is logging all calls form key 0 to key 5. key 3, 4, 5 are a different extension and they do not want the calls to show up in their call log. Thanks for the help.

Is there a way to uncorrupt the databse. I have archived and purged and my .img file says it is 256mb. When I try to collect i get "An error has occured while writing the CDR databse. The databse may be corrupt." Thanks for the help!

I have not had any users complain about dropped calls. I would just like to correct the issue and don't know how to do so. I have called in a maintenance ticket and all they said was "huh, I don't know what that could be" Very reassuring!!

When trying to collect and cost records in OTM I am getting a TBS MAIn executable has encountered a problem and must shut down. I have restarted OTM and rebooted the OTM machine. Any ideas at to waht this could be? Thanks

Has anyone seen this error before? We are getting it on all of our remote switches that are conencted via SIP. Error says it may indicate a double timeslot problem or invalid call teardown. I'd say we are getting this error at least 30 times a day. Thanks for the help
