    Morning, A client of mine is running win98 and is having web mail problems. When he opens his web mail, Internet Explorer informs him that his security settings are the reason he can’t download anything, however when I looked into it, everything looks fine. Any ideas? Thanks

    Is something available that is even better

    Morning; I use Spybot, Ad-Aware SE. and Spy Sweeper when I work on-site. Is something available that is even better than this combination to rid a machine of these problems? Thanks

    Hey folks, a friend of mine just formatted his win ME machine, (I know, ME was a huge mistake) nonetheless, he uses a USB wireless adapter on the Millennium system to connect to his Linksys Access Point. After the format the ME machine can’t find the Access Point, any ideas? Thanks Ken

    If your floppy drive fails, does the system automatically disable that particular devise?

    does not recognize HP COLORADO External tape drive

    I have a client with an HP14Gig COLORADO External tape drive. The problem is that her Win2000 computer does not recognize the devise. It’s connected via the printer port. I also cannot find the exact driver. Any help would be awesome….Thanks

    at start-up it tells me that the A drive is disabled

    Morning, I have a client with an older computer with win98 loaded. At start-up it tells me that the A drive is disabled. After enabling the drive and restarting, it tells me that the drive is still disabled and yes, I did save the changes on the set-up page, any ideas. Thanks
