Used to have reports that worked ok using vb6/sql/crystal until recently , when a lot of system upgrades have been made by our support team , now I get the message 'cannot load rtfcody control - you do not have license on this machine etc , etc . What have they changed to cause this

I used to have crystal reports using sQL stored procs as data source scheduled from within vb6 apps running on citrix . Something has changed as now they do not appear to work at all , any suggestions as what might have caused this and what has to be installed on each server to make this work
