    Xerox Phaser 8400DN Double-Sided is jamming

    My Phaser 8400 works great until you try to print double sided, which causes a jam behind the front cover. The paper folds up like an accordian after it is brought back in to the printer for side 2 to be printed. Any thought? Thanks
