When I have hidden detail lines, when they are drilled down to in Enterprise, the detail shows by itself with no column headers. The headers in "Page header" aren't visible at the same time, so there is no point in confusing the main report with headers for the detail.

I have a report in Crystal 9 that will be viewed in Enterprise (9 I think). On that report is an on-demand subreport with details. Can I keep that marker for the subreport from printing? It just says "Click for details" on every line, and that looks odd when the report is printed.
Does that mean that if I want the report to represent a range of dates, I need to either make the start date and end date separate or have the selection be a formula referring to minimum and maximum of the range?
