Thanks for your input. I was thinking along the same lines. I'm not sure which ISP to advise her to use, she is a very casual pc user, mostly email. I don't usually like to endorse AOL, is there another product I can direct her to? Susana- learnathome

I've been teaching my friend how to use her email, but now she cannot log in to her MSN account.
