the paramaters i use which are dates are not stored any where in the database. i am just confused on how to enter that into a control source when i cant see those dates. the only time i enter these dates is when the i view the report. i have it to ask me for location,a date range and some other...- alman123

Sum a field
ok i have a report in which i want to sum a certain field. the field itself is calculated. i have Sumed the field but it does not give me the right numbers. if i do running sum it does at the end. but i only want to see the final number. how can i do this. is there a way that it will show only...- alman123

Numbers rounding off
ok. i have looked this up. nothing seems to work. in my report numbers are being rounded up. instead of 512.82 its 512.83. what can i do to stop this. i have tried using only two decimal places. also changing the field as double. whats wrong.- alman123
