    One-X - Single user in voicemail box?

    I have a user insisting that one-x used to allow only a single user in a voicemail box at one time, and now its not enforcing that. I can't find anything in the documentation or configuration about this. This is not a program I know well. Does anyone have experience in this area?

    Tried several codec's to eliminate that as the problem. Same thing happens with 729 or 711.

    IP DECT - One Way Audio after moving to R11

    At R9, everything worked fine. Now at R11 we're getting intermittent 1-way audio problems. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Group indicator lights stopped working?

    we have a site at the other send of an SCN who's group indicator lights just randomly stopped working. The groups are on a seperate system. We've rebooted, deleted and re-added people, togged direct media settings, etc. Any idea what else to try? on v9.0.12

    User Appearance button over SCN

    Yea, Centralized VM is fine. The user shows in manager too. Everything seems to be okay, I just don't get user state changes. I'm at v9SP10. As far as the network goes, there is nothing more than simple routers running between the systems. No firewalls or packet monkeying.

    When I add a user appearance over the SCN I'm not seeing the status info that I get when the user is local. The light does not blink when the user is on the call, or go solid when they are on DND. Is this normal?

    loging into my voicemail pro and getting "this user does not have necessary rights to access this application". Running 9.0.0.333 and Windows 8.1. Anyone have any idea whats up. Works from other desktops.

    no it does not route to a unique DID, I have the 800 number routed down the same line as my other 800 numbers. What you are suggetioning may work for me though. Should this be nessesary though? Shouldn't I be able to seperate the calls based on this new 800 number itself.

    Its a PRI line, my 800 number is pointed to a local "717" number. Call Status shows my local "717" number as ringing in when the 800 number is dialed. I have two other 800 numbers as well, they do follow they behave the same way but do follow their call routes. I can't see why this would not...

    I just got a new 800 number and the calls are not following the call route I setup. These calls show up in the monitor as comming in on my local line and don't show the phone number for this new 800 number. Am I right to assume that this is a phone company problem, and not my issue.

    Spectralink PTX150 on avaya system

    I bought 5 spectralink PTX150 phones. Since they are the same as the Avaya 3626 I assumed they would work. Since avaya uses a different communications protocal (licence opt 9 on the phones) the spectralink versions won't work. Anyone have any idea how I could work around this. They will not...

    If we are looking at doing this, whats the point in just staying with the 2.1 release? I heard 3.0 is entirely different. Is it worth us paying to have that update done or would we not be gaining anything?

    Our vender does not seem too interested in helping us. They underestimated the time it would take for our job and we are paying for it with crappy service. If I do the upgrade myself, what are the odd's that things won't go well?

    Call Reporting

    We don't use agents so we don't have any of that logging, everything from CBC, Delta server, etc does not log whats happening in the hunt groups. I can see activity on individual extensions though delta - but i get nothing on the hunt groups.
