How Do You get USB HD to show up as Drive?
I am waiting for a IDE to Laptop drive converter cable so I can reformat the drive using NTFS, it is Fat32 now. I tried the device driver disk and no help there. Maybe a Fdisk and reformat under win2k will finally work. I'll keep you posted after I reformat. Thanks for the advice everybody.- zodiacz12

How Do You get USB HD to show up as Drive?
I just put a formatted seagate laptop drive into a external USB 2.0 case and can not get any access to it under win2k pro. It is only in the control panel hardware drive list as usb2.0 storage device. I cannot see it using the disk manager tool, and it does not get assigned a drive letter. It is...- zodiacz12
