Removing LD 30 stops the switch from disabling sets that are unplugged but I need to make it work on a per set basis. I still want to run LD 30 to switch clock controllers, etc. Figured out if you changed FLXD to FLXA it will stop that set from disabling when unplugged.

Setting up 0 as an ACD isn't an option as my overall goal is to have all unprogrammed numbers go to the attendent. I actually don't need to use '0' it could be any number for an attedent DN, 0 was just the default.
