my flash movie doesn't appear in the browser????

Problem synching sound and animation
I have this Flash cartoon with a couple long sound clips playing across scenes. Everything syncs up perfectly when I play the file from my hard drive...but when I play it from online the animation trails the sound by up to five seconds through the whole thing. I have a preloader that doesn't...- handsomebwonderful
