    Thanks for the help, Phonehed. My boss still wants to go this alone for a while without the help of a certified tech.     I've got a Nortel MICS v1.1 connected to 8 POTS lines. My boss wants to switch over to VOIP using a CISCO 2431 IAD. Anyone out there have experience going through something like this? Is there a lot of MICS configuration to do or does the system just come up? I need some idea of how complicated...
