    SWCP working with Symposium Express

    Yes, it's working. I have a customer with SWCP 4.0 and SECC 4.2. But you have not all functionalities like : push a transaction to a dedicated agent or transfer to an agent... You have the same limitation as with a SCCS CCS100. Because SWCP can use HDX "to route the transaction better".

    Hi, I had the problem that you describe with SWCP 4.0 and SU04/DP10/DP11/DP12 and SCCS 4.2 SU11S (workaround describe after).
