When I type in the RNPG it just goes back to FEAT i.e. feat pua rnpg 50 feat pua rnpg 01 feat .... These are known RNPGS. I have an option 61.- FullFledgePhoneGuy

How are you connected to the PBX? Modem? Is there a CEB modem or regular modem. Best bet is to call installer and find out how to get into it.
