Adding a expansion module for M2616 phone
Hello, I removed the AOM key to 0 then added a 1 to it again and now im able to see the expansion in the pbx switch. Now the problem is when I assign the keys in the button it shows up but it wont get a dial tone or do anything. I went keys 17 scr 12888 keys 18 scr 22888 and when I try to call...- nortel1

How do i make it so that the switch sees that a phone has an expansion module to add more feature buttons to it. I plugged in the cord that attaches from the expansion unit to the telephone but when I go to the switch It doesnt see it. Is there an item that I have to tell it that it has an...- nortel1
