    Can anyone tell me how this works? I setup a user to login and all I am getting is no dial tone. I try to enter the login code that I created, but nothing happens.

    Thanks IPGuru, I ended up doing that and it worked great. I setup an phantom and forced it to forward unconditionally.

    I was wondering if anyone knows how to transfer an incoming call out on another trunk? i.e calls comes in, i queue it and then send it out to another acd.
