Eliminating the AA Half Ring When Answering
Ummm . . . I'd rather not go that route if possible. There have been situations where we've routed calls to the prime set without the automated attendent. I know that setting a low number to DRT to Prime would ensure that we would still get the calls at the prime set if the AA were disabled, but...- kcheek
