I've sent an RMA to Asus through their helpdesk more than a week ago. I received a confirmation right away but I've got no news since. I'm just wondering how does the process work? Will they ship me a new product soon with a prepaid box for the defective one?

How do I tell at which frequency it is running at? I'm sure its real easy to tell but I'm a coder not a tech :) As for the card, it was announced as brand new on eBay. If it is/was overclocked and damaged, can I return it to the seller within 30 days?
